Multiple Purchases: If you want to Purchase the same item Multiple Times; make your selection once, then click on the 'Main Menu" button, click on the"Basket Content" button and Update" your order Quantity. If the item you are ordering comes in more than one color or multiple sizes, you will have to go back to the shopping cart and place an individual order for each color and each size.

Remove Items From Shopping Cart: If you need to remove items from your shopping cart, click on the 'Main Menu" button, click on the"Basket Content" button and click on the "Remove" Button for each item you want removed.

Please Note: DO NOT click on the "Select Shipping and Payment Option" Button until you are ready to finalize your order and you have no further changes.

"Order Form" Button: When you click on this button, this section allows you enter your Ship To Address and your Bill To Address.

"Search" Button: When you click on this button, this section allows you to search for items by keywords without going back to the main catalog page.

"Browse" Button: When you click on this button, it takes you to a section where you have a choice of reviewing the "Basket Contents", reviewing the "Order Form" or browsing the "Entire Catalog".

"Main Menu" Button: Will take you back to the page which allows you to click on Basket Contents, Order Form Browse or the Search Button.

"Basket Contents" Button: Allows you to remove items from your shopping cart or make updates to the items already in your shopping cart, such as, change the quantity of each items.

"Select Shipping and Payment Options" Button: Allows you to select how your want your order shipped. You can select regular ground service (least expensive) or you can select next day air (most expensive). This section also allows you to selection which credit card you will be using.

"Enter Payment Information" Button: Allows you to provide your credit card details, such as, name on card, card number and expiration date.

"Process Order" Button: When you click on this button your order becomes final and processed. You will be sent to the order confirmation page and an Email of confirmation will be sent to you. Someone will give you a call or Email you with your tracking number and expected delivery date.

"Home" Button: This button will take you to the home page and totally out of the shopping cart area.

Email: Send us an Email with the items you are interested in ordering. Once we have your Email of requested items, we will Email you or fax you your Purchase Order (PO) to confirm your order details. If you agree with the details on the PO, print out a copy of the PO and provide your signature of approval along with your payment information. There is a section on the invoice that will allow you to provide your credit card payment information. If you are paying by check, please note, your order will not ship until the check has been received and deposited. Credit Card orders are release same day or next day. Fax back (NO Email) the completed PO to 301.808.2071.

Call: Give us a call at 800.956.7027, we will be more than happy to take your order over the phone. Once we have your complete order details and payment information, we will fax you or Email you a copy of the Purchase Order (PO) for your signature of approval. Fax back your approved PO to fax 301.808.2071. Once we have your signed and approved PO your order will be ready to ship within 2 business days. If you are paying by check, please note, your order will not ship until the check has been received and deposited. Credit Card orders are release same day or next day.

Mail Your Request: You can send your order via U.S. Postal service. Send us your written order request and be sure to include all details such as size, color, quantity, etc. When paying by check, please note, your order will not ship until the check has been received and deposited. We have a $50 return check fee policy.

Returns: We are unable to accept returns and please note that all orders are final. We do not expect you to have any problems with your order, however, in the event this is a problem with the order please report it immediately, within 24/48 hours of receiving the order.
